Connect tools and browser access
Give an agent the specific tools it needs, then test the connection. An agent package can describe a requirement; it does not automatically install a plugin, sign in, or grant access to your accounts.
1. Identify the required tool
Read the agent's setup instructions and tool requirements. Search the plugin catalog for the needed integration and inspect its purpose, credential requirements, and permissions before connecting it.
2. Connect a plugin or MCP server
- Open the plugin or connection controls in Desktop. Select the intended integration and review its setup.
- Complete the required local setup, key entry, or OAuth sign-in. Keep keys in credential controls.
- Recheck connection status and inspect the available tools. Test one read-only operation before a real task.

3. Use the Agentlas browser
In Desktop, open Connect → Browser, add the intended site and save its URL. Select Connect, complete the site login, and check the connection status. During work, use the task's Browser panel. Check the destination account before actions such as sending or uploading.

4. Disconnect when no longer needed
Disconnect the integration in the host and revoke access at the provider if appropriate. Check which automations and agents depend on it before removal.
