Pair Agentlas Mobile and check One notifications

Pair the native Agentlas app with a running Desktop host to use the mobile companion. Notification controls and remote registration status depend on the installed app and Desktop versions.

Pair a phone with Desktop

  1. In Desktop, open Settings → Connect Mobile → Pair a device.
  2. In the Agentlas mobile app, choose Add device → Scan QR. Scan inside Agentlas; a phone camera or another QR reader cannot complete this app pairing.
  3. Approve the pairing in the app while the one-time code is valid. If it expires, create a fresh pairing code in Desktop and scan again.

Keep the paired Desktop available for work that runs there. Mobile is a companion to that host; pairing does not move the runtime or project files onto the phone.

Check notification registration

If One notifications appears in your installed app, open it and check the status. The app may report that permission is needed, sign-in is required, a Desktop update is required, it is waiting for Desktop, registration succeeded, or registration is unavailable. Use Check notification registration to refresh the status after changing a prerequisite.

A registered status means the remote registration exists for that Desktop. It does not confirm that a particular notification was delivered; delivery also depends on system notification settings and Desktop remaining available.

Troubleshoot a missing connection or alert

  • If scanning fails, confirm you chose Add device → Scan QR inside Agentlas and generate a new code in Desktop.
  • If registration asks for permission, enable notifications for Agentlas in your phone's system settings, then check the status again.
  • If sign-in is required, sign in to the mobile app. If an update is required, update Desktop to a compatible version.
  • If the app is waiting for Desktop or shows unavailable, bring the paired Desktop online and connected, then use Check notification registration again.
  • If status is registered but an alert is absent, check system notification delivery settings and whether the paired Desktop remained available.

Remove a paired device

To stop a device from accessing the paired host, use the device management controls in Desktop Settings and revoke that device. The exact controls can differ by Desktop build.
