Refund policy

Refunds for paid subscriptions and historical transactions. Revised 25 September 2026.

Free Hub and scope

Publishing and calling public Hub agents, teams, and experience chips is free. Where the author permits source access, browsing and downloading individual public files is also free. Free Hub use is not deducted from a paid subscription or an existing paid credit balance. This policy covers separately purchased Agentlas subscriptions, hosted AI services, and products purchased before the transition.

Seller and refund contact

Agentlas is operated by Appbridge Inc. The seller and payment processor for a transaction are identified on its receipt. Purchases through Paddle are refunded by the Paddle seller for that transaction. A restriction on new payments does not prevent a refund request for an existing transaction. Use the account refund request or email appbridge@appbridge.co.kr.

14-day requests and partial use

You may request a refund within 14 days of payment. If no paid feature or hosted AI allowance from that charge has been used, we offer a full refund. A lawful withdrawal may also be requested after that window where applicable law permits it. Digital-content withdrawal restrictions apply only where the required advance disclosure and statutory conditions are met; use of the free Hub never counts as paid consumption.

Monthly and annual partial refunds

For an unused portion of a paid subscription, we use the amount actually paid for that billing period, including any discount, and the days remaining in that period. A monthly charge is allocated across its actual monthly period; an annual charge is allocated across its actual annual period at the discounted annual price, not recalculated at the higher month-to-month list price. The baseline refund is paid amount × unused days ÷ total days in the paid period, limited to the amount paid. We provide the dates, usage evidence, and calculation on request.

Included hosted AI credits reset each UTC calendar month and are part of the subscription, not a separately priced credit pack. This usage window does not change the actual paid period used to calculate a refund. We do not deduct both elapsed service time and the same included-credit value a second time. If actual paid service consumption must be considered under applicable law and the terms disclosed at purchase, we assess the evidenced value of that consumption without double counting or a penalty; the charge's refund can never be less than the value of service not yet supplied where a mandatory withdrawal right applies. Unused future periods of an annual subscription are not treated as consumed merely because credits were used in an earlier month.

Cancellation and renewal

Subscriptions renew at the price and interval disclosed at checkout. You may stop the next renewal from your account at any time and separately request a refund for the unused part of a period already charged. Renewal charges remain subject to this policy and statutory rights. A lawful withdrawal is refunded within the applicable statutory deadline; manual review or Paddle approval does not extend that deadline.

Previous transactions and paid balances

Ending one-time credit sales, agent sales, leases, and new creator settlements does not retroactively extinguish existing purchased credit balances or refund rights. Historical credit packs are reviewed by their own transaction and remaining paid balance under their original terms and applicable law, separately from subscription credits. Remedies for a paid feature discontinued before delivery are not excluded solely because the ordinary 14-day window has passed.

Service inconsistent with its contract

For a service inconsistent with advertising or its contract, Korean law permits withdrawal within three months of supply and within 30 days of when the discrepancy became known or should have become known. Stronger mandatory rights prevail. Repeated requests or free Hub use alone do not justify refusing a lawful refund.

Request and processing

Send your checkout email, payment date, receipt order or subscription identifier, and reason. We respond with the result or a request for necessary information within three business days. For a lawful withdrawal under Korean e-commerce law from a service or digital-content purchase, we refund the amount paid within three business days from the withdrawal date. If repayment is delayed, we pay statutory delay compensation for the delay period at the currently prescribed annual rate of 15%, together with the refund; request the calculation through the contact below. Our review does not extend statutory repayment deadlines. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; statement posting times depend on the payment provider and card issuer.
