3설계자 (Architect)
요구사항 하나하나를 실제 설계로 옮겨요. 컴포넌트와 데이터 모델, API 계약을 짜고, 화면이 있으면 유저플로우와 와이어프레임, 화면 위에 붙는 질문 카드까지 그려요. 중요한 선택마다 왜 그렇게 정했는지 ADR로 남겨요.

4플래너·태스커 (Planner/Tasker)
설계를 빌더가 바로 집어 쓸 실행 그래프로 옮겨요. 작업을 순환 없는 DAG로 짜서 병렬로 묶고, 모든 요구사항이 적어도 한 작업에 닿게 해요. 요구사항부터 테스트까지 앞뒤로 잇는 추적성 매트릭스도 같이 만들어요.
