Good prompts that age well

If you want to get the same kind of worker again next month, write the prompt in a way that lasts.

Lead with the verb and the object

“Summarize support tickets” beats “I'd love a thing that helps me with support”.

Mention timing

Daily, weekly, on-demand. Even rough is better than nothing.

Mention the audience

It changes the tone. Same idea, different mood.

Mention the format

Bullets, paragraphs, table, draft email. Saying the shape gets you the shape.

TIP · Five-line template
Verb the object
for [audience]
every [cadence]
in [format]
and skip [thing you don't want].
