Hephaestus Network Connector Refund Policy

1. Operator and merchant of record

Agentlas, including the Hephaestus Network connector, is operated by Appbridge Inc. Paddle.com Market Ltd. is the merchant of record for every paid checkout and processes all invoicing, refunds, and sales tax on our behalf.

2. 14-day refund window

A charged subscription purchase is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of that charge, provided included credits or paid network rights have not been materially consumed. Lite and Pro free trials have no payment to refund before the first regular charge. The Max USD 10 paid trial is a real charge and follows this 14-day rule. Manual credit top-up packs are refundable within 14 days only if the credits have not been spent.

This 14-day guarantee meets or exceeds the statutory withdrawal (cooling-off) rights provided under Korean e-commerce law and the EU/UK consumer-rights directives. Where local law grants you a longer or stronger right, that right applies.

3. Automatic renewals

Introductory offers automatically renew at the regular price disclosed in Paddle Checkout. Later renewal charges are not automatically refundable. You can cancel before the next billing date from your Agentlas account; cancellation stops the next renewal but is not a refund of a period already charged.

4. How to request a refund

• Open your Agentlas account page and use the in-app refund request, or email appbridge@appbridge.co.kr from the address on your account.
• Include the Paddle order ID or subscription ID from your receipt.
• Add a short reason. We reply within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle within 5–10 business days.

5. Exceptions

Requests may be declined when paid features have been substantially used, or when the request is made after the 14-day window and is unrelated to a defect on our side. Digital content that you consented to access immediately may lose its statutory withdrawal right once consumption begins, as permitted by law.
